Introduction

Before using the website https://astana-motors.kz/ (hereinafter – the "Website"), please
carefully and fully read this User Agreement (hereinafter – the "User Agreement"):
1) independently – upon reaching the age of 18 (eighteen) years;
2) jointly with legal representatives – at the age of 14 (fourteen) to 18 (eighteen) years or on other grounds provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This User Agreement governs the relationship between You (hereinafter – the "User") and «Motor Company «Astana-Motors» LLP (hereinafter – the "Company" or "CompanyName") regarding the use of the Website.

General Provisions

1. This User Agreement constitutes a public offer: by continuing to use the Website, You agree to and unconditionally accept the terms of the User Agreement.
In case of full or partial disagreement with the User Agreement, You must immediately cease using the Website.
2. The Company has the right to amend, supplement, or terminate the User Agreement. The User is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the updated terms of the User Agreement.

4.1. Has the right to post, modify, supplement, or delete any Content that does not violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4.2. Is the owner or legal right holder of the Content, unless otherwise stated on the Website;
4.3. Has the right to prohibit the use of the Website by any User who violates the terms of this User Agreement;
4.4. Has the right to verify the accuracy and legality of information posted by the User on the Website;
4.5. Ensures the protection of Personal Information and the Website from unauthorized access by third parties.

5. The User:

5.1. Has the right to use the Website under the terms of this User Agreement;
5.2. Has the right to submit suggestions for improving the Website's operation and/or Content, or to send complaints regarding them;
5.2. Undertakes not to make any attempts to gain access to the software, code, technical, or other characteristics of the Website, except for information available in open sources, and not to make changes to such information;
5.3. Undertakes not to use the Website for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including: for fraudulent purposes, spam distribution, or placement of malicious software;
5.4. Is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information entered and posted by them on the Website.

6. Copyright and Related Rights:

6.1. CompanyName, in the absence of an indication of ownership by other persons, is the owner or legal right holder for the use of the Content;
6.2. The User is prohibited from copying, modifying, and using the Content, except for partial citation for personal or informational purposes – to the extent justified by such citation;
6.3. The use of the Content for informational purposes is permitted with a reference to CompanyName as the owner of the Content and the Website as the original source. The Content is placed in the Company's editorial version, with placement agreed upon using the following contact details: office@astana-motors.kz.

7. Personal Information:

7.1. The terms for the collection, processing, storage, transfer, use, and destruction of Personal Information (personal data, Website usage history, device information, etc.) are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of the User Agreement and is located at: Almaty, st. Rozybakieva, 263;
7.2. The Company takes all measures provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure the security of Users' Personal Information. 

8. Liability:

8.1. Liability for violation of the terms of the User Agreement is provided for in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
8.2. The Company also has the right to prohibit the use of the Website by Users who have violated the User Agreement;
8.3. The Company is not responsible for losses or damages caused to the User due to technical malfunctions, Internet network operation, and/or unlawful actions of third parties beyond our control;
8.4. The Website and Content are provided to Users on an "as is" basis: we do our best to ensure the uninterrupted and high-quality operation of the Website and the placement of Content, however, malfunctions in the operation of the Website or the Internet, as well as unlawful actions of third parties affecting the operation of the Website and the placement of Content, are not excluded and are beyond our control.

9. Final Provisions:

9.1. This User Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website and remains valid until the User Agreement is withdrawn from the Website by the Company;
